Queensville is conveniently located in the center of the Cheras region, and apart from the vast population surrounding it, it is in close proximity to multiple amenities and infrastructure. These include entertainment and shopping areas such as AEON, Leisure Mall, Mid Valley Megamall, and slightly further north will be KLCC, which is only around 20 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Apart from that, a good number of medical centers surrounds the place, namely the Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia is just a stone’s throw away, whereas the Pantai Cheras Medical Center which is slightly further, is within 6km travel distance. Families with children are also blessed with a slew of schools to choose from, such as SJK© Tai Thung, SMK Seri Permaisuri, SK Seri Permaisuri, Sri Sempurna International School and etc., ranging from preschool to high school.
In terms of public transport, the Salak Selatan subway station is around 1km away with multiple bus stations directly beside the development. Similarly, the development is also connected to a multitude of highways and roads that bring great convenience, including trunk roads like Jalan Yaacob Latin, Jalan Sri Permaisuri, Jalan Cheras and Jalan Loke Yew that would enable residents access to all parts of Cheras. Furthermore, the SMART Tunnel and Seremban Highway makes it extremely simple for residents to reach the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, even Petaling Jaya is only 30 minutes away.
However, the population density of the area is a definite concern for potential purchasers as traffic jams are unavoidable during peak hours.
