- Achieved total of 700 units sold out of total units of 1045 units available. That is 67% sales or RM364million over 3 phases of projects. Central Residence of Sungai Besi.
- On average, we have always achieved more than 50% sales for each of the projects that we have participated in. The Nest of Genting Klang (64%), Court 28 of Jalan Ipoh (64%), Menara U (60%) and Menara U2 (59%) of Shah Alam, MesaHill of Nilai (51%) and many more.
Subsale Achievements
Our subsale achievements have been cyclical, heavily dependent on the performance of of the external market. However, our subsale achievements have always hover around RM200mil – RM400mil from 2011 – 2016.
